Khalilah Short quickly realized that property management was something she loved to do! Fueled by passion, she quickly began learning every role which later enabled her to maneuver within the framework of any organization. As a result of her hard work and dedication she is now fluent in LIHTC, conventional, new construction, and renovation projects. She also holds certifications in LIHTC in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia.

She’s an accomplished Manager who brings 15 years of professional experience to the table. Over the last ten years she has focused on consultancy and project management. As Property Manager for Fisher Financial Khalilah plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our short-term properties.

Her impeccable work ethic enables her to deliver strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. As a testament to her professionalism and dedication she has been able to provide management services to a variety of different clients ranging from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. She is best known for being a change agent, problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thought leader. We are extremely grateful to have Khalilah as a part of our team.
